CHRISTIAN EDUCATION:

Seekers Class - Deborah Hackler and Eric Janzen lead an open discussion class. The curriculum varies approximately every 6 weeks. Currently the group is using Being Presbyterian in the Bible Belt by Ted V. Foote & P. Alex Thornburg. The class has been called "Rob's Class", "Young Adults" and now "The Seekers." The class can usually be found on the third floor at the top of the southwest staircase in room 365. Pictures can be seen here. |
V. Hubert Smith Class - The V. Hubert Smith Class meets in the Parlor on the second floor. Mozelle Proctor is the leader and Buddy Neal is the substitute leader. Adult Class - The adult Sunday School class that meets in The Bethel Room has gone by several names in the past. They were once referred to as "the young-adult class", but they no longer qualify for that title. The class has also been called "the Kitchen class", "C.O.D. class", and more recently "Margene's Class." Margene Crowl is the leader with surprise substitutes. The Present Word Curriculum guides the discussion format. The Bethel Room (#208) is on the second floor, west of the Sanctuary. Pictures can be seen here. |
